I have over 18 years experience working in the IT Industry specialising in Microsoft Products and both HP and Dell Hardware. I am certified for VMware Data Center Virtualisation and am a fully qualified Citrix CCA.

Throughout my career I have worked with Windows Server starting with Windows NT right through to the current Windows Server 2012. I also have extensive experience with Server Applications such as Exchange, Lync, SQL Sharepoint and have installed and commissioned VOIP phone systems.

I have been the technical lead to deliver and implement physical and virtual servers in large scale enviroments across multiple datacentres, to ensure Business Continuity and allow for full Disaster Recovery. These include the following:-

• Full site resiliency using VMware Site Recovery Manager
• Comissioning cross site Exchange 2010 DAG implementations
• Design and configure Microsoft Lync across organisations.
• Migrations from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010
• Install and maintain Blackberry Enterprise server and associated devices

I am now working as a freelance contractor within the M3 and M4 corridor and am looking for long and short contracts alike. I am used to working either individually or in a team environment and am used to working at unsociable hours.
